No BBQ credentials required for this one. Just come ready to get your hands dirty and have a gr8 afternoon.
You'll learn how proper sausage is made. Hands on. From scratch. Beef, pork and chicken varieties — plus a couple of surprises including a batch of Hot Texas Links. You'll mince, mix, stuff and tie your own, then take home 2kg of what we make.
We're not going to let you go hungry while you work — there'll be tastings throughout the arvo to keep your belly happy. 🤙
